VMS Sync Submittals

What's new?

Bullhorn VMS Sync Submittals users can now add VMS drafts to jobs not created by VMS Sync. Once VMS Sync creates the VMS job in Bullhorn, users can import these drafts to the VMS job and submit them to the VMS.

Why does it matter?

Heads Up workflow lets Bullhorn ATS users prepare candidate submissions before a job is posted to the VMS, then submit as soon as the job hits the VMS. This reduces the end user's inaction window between job awareness and availability, and improves speed to market.
